Playlists allow learners to group video and audio content around a theme or topic, creating a playlist. This playlist can be shared with other learners, contributing to your overall learning culture.

Create a playlist
To create a playlist, follow the below steps.
Search for the relevant content, then click on it to open it.
Click Add to playlist.
Click Create a new playlist, give the new playlist a name then click Add to a new playlist.
Alternatively select an existing playlist, then click Add to this playlist.
Edit a playlist
To edit an existing playlist, follow the below steps.
From the homepage, navigate to the Portrait area.
Select the Playlists tab, then locate the relevant playlist.
Click the Pencil icon.
Click +Add to search for and add new items to your playlist.
Click the relevant Trash icon to remove an item from your playlist.
Click and drag an item to reorder how it appears.
Click Save.
Sharing a playlist
Playlists can be shared to anyone anywhere, encouraging learning inside or outside of your organisation. To do this, follow the below steps:
From the homepage, navigate to the Portrait area.
Select the Playlists tab, then locate the relevant playlist.
Click Share.
Click Copy, or one of the social media links to obtain a shareable link. This can then be shared as needed.
π Note: Playlists can be shared outside of your organisation, but recipients will need their own account and access to a Bookboon site.
Recipients clicking on the share URL will have the playlist added to their own Portrait playlist area.
Recipients won't be able to make any changes to this playlist.
Any changes made by the playlist creator will be reflected in the recipients playlist. For example, videos removed will also be removed from the recipients playlist.
If the playlist is deleted by the creator, it will be removed from the recipients Portrait playlist area.
