By default, Access Evo requires new users to have a valid email address before they can be added to the site. If your organisation does not require users to have an organisational email address you can configure your Access Evo site to not require users to have an email address.
β οΈ Important: You will need to be an Administrator in Access Evo.

Set up a friendly URL
To create users without an email address, you first need to set up a friendly URL for your Access Evo site. This will give your site a custom URL that forms part of the login process for users.
β οΈ Warning: This process cannot be reversed once complete.
Whilst logged into Access Evo, click on your profile picture, then select Organisation Settings.
Select the General tab, then scroll down and click Create a friendly URL.
In the Organisation ID field, enter the desired URL for your Access Evo site.
Tick Allow username members to be added.
Click Next and review the details of your new friendly URL.
Click Set friendly URL to finish setup.
Add new users without an email address
Once your friendly URL is set up, you can add users to your site without an email address.
In Access Evo, click the Members
icon.Click Add then select Using a username.
Enter the first and last lame, then set a username for the new users.
Usernames must be unique in your organisation.
Click Next.
Set a temporary password for the user, then click Next.
π Tip: Make a note of this password before proceeding. The user will be prompted to change their password upon their first login.
6. Your user has been setup. Use the window to copy the password so it can be passed to the user when appropriate.
Assign the Access Bookboon role
Click View Members then click the Select All icon.
Nex to the Assign box, click Add then click Assign Product Role.
Click the filter icon then clear the Include Active check box.
Click Select All then, inside the Actions box, click Add.
Click Assign Role then, from the drop-down menu, select Bookboon.
From the drop-down menu, select User then click Assign.
