To ensure learners can log into Access Bookboon quickly and securely, you can set up federated access. This allows them to log in with their work credentials, rather than having to create an account in Access Bookboon.
To set up federated access, you need to configure your security policy and verify your domain.

Verify your domain
Whilst logged into Access Evo, click on your profile picture then select My Account.
Click Domains then Add domain.
Enter your domain into the Domain name field, then click Save changes.
Under the Unverified section, click Verify.
Your domain will appear in the Verified section.
Configure your security policy
Whilst logged into Access Evo, click on your profile picture then select My Account.
Click Security policies, then Add security policy.
Scroll to the Federation section then, from the drop-down menu, select Open ID.
Other fields can be populated as appropriate for your organisation.
Populate the remaining Federation fields with information from your identity provider.

Click Test these settings to check your setup is correct, then click Save changes.
